Is telehealth safe and secure?
Yes. Appointments are provided through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform designed to protect your privacy and confidentiality.
Do you provide medication management?
Yes. Medication management is individualized and may include medication education, monitoring effectiveness and side effects, and making clinically appropriate adjustments as part of your treatment plan.
Who do you treat?
Clear Path Mental Wellness provides psychiatric care for adolescents and adults. For patients under 18, a parent or legal guardian must participate in the intake and consent process. Patients must be physically located in Arizona at the time of each telehealth appointment.
Do you provide psychotherapy?
Brief supportive therapy may be incorporated into psychiatric appointments when appropriate. Clear Path Mental Wellness does not provide ongoing, stand-alone psychotherapy but may recommend working with a therapist as part of your treatment plan.
Common Questions
Do you accept insurance?
Clear Path Mental Wellness is currently a self-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. A superbill may be provided upon request for you to submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed.
How long are appointments?
Initial psychiatric evaluations typically last 60–90 minutes. Follow-up medication management appointments typically last 30 minutes. Appointment length may vary depending on your individual clinical needs.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, are subject to a $175 fee. Exceptions may be considered for emergencies or extenuating circumstances at the provider’s discretion.
What conditions do you treat?
Care is available for conditions including ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, and other mental health concerns. Treatment recommendations are based on each patient’s individual clinical needs.
Do you provide emergency or crisis services?
No. Clear Path Mental Wellness is not an emergency or crisis-response service and does not provide immediate or after-hours crisis care.
