Fees & Insurance

Clear Path Mental Wellness is currently a self-pay practice. Our fees and policies are provided below so you can make informed decisions about your care.
Initial Psychiatric Evaluation
$275 per appointment — Your initial evaluation includes a comprehensive assessment of your symptoms, psychiatric and medical history, current concerns, and treatment goals. Together, we will develop an individualized treatment plan based on your needs.
Follow-Up Medication Management
$175 per appointment — Follow-up appointments include an assessment of your progress, medication effectiveness, potential side effects, and any necessary treatment adjustments. Education and ongoing support are provided throughout your care.
Insurance and Self-Pay
Clear Path Mental Wellness is a self-pay practice and does not bill or participate directly with insurance plans. Payment is due at the time of service. If you do not have insurance or are not using insurance to pay for your care, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges when services are scheduled at least three business days in advance or upon request.
Superbills
A superbill may be provided upon request for you to submit independently to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your individual insurance plan. Please contact your insurance company directly to confirm your out-of-network benefits.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, are subject to a $175 fee. Exceptions may be considered for emergencies or extenuating circumstances at the provider’s discretion.
